Any sensitive billing information is then stored in an encrypted format so that even Video360Booth personnel do not have access to it.
Although Video360Booth strives to protect your privacy, the nature of the Internet does not allow absolute security. GDPR
The processing of personal data of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Video360Booth. To be clear personal data is classed as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person. A data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person, whose personal data is processed by the controller responsible for the processing.
As the controller, Video360Booth has implemented numerous measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means but within reason, e.g., by telephone.
The website of Video360Booth collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. We may collect the browser types and versions used, the operating system used by the accessing system, the website from which an accessing system reaches our website, the sub-websites, the date and time of access to the Internet site, an Internet protocol address (IP address), the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
When using these general data and information, Video360Booth does not draw any conclusions about the data subject.
Video360Booth will upload digital images after each event to our third-party website and our own website which is GDPR compliant and all galleries are password protected. The password will only be supplied to the client.
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. If you request that we amend or delete any existing Identifier Information we hold about you, we will aim to edit or delete any such information wherever we can find it in our records, leaving only the information necessary to maintain legal business records, such as contracts and invoices. The third parties we share information within order to provide our service to you offer a GDPR-compliant data service to assist us with such a request.
USB devices offer a convenient way to transfer data between two computers. However, their small physical size and large data capacity means that large volumes of personal data can be lost or stolen with relative ease. Personal data can be encrypted by placing the files within an encrypted container on a USB device but requires the recipient to have access to the same encryption algorithm or software. Due to several security risks present in permitting the use of USB devices Video360Booth will not transfer photos via a USB device to the client/data subject. All images will be stored and can be retrieved via the third-party website to be in line with the GDPR regulations.
By using this website, you expressly agree to the terms and Conditions of this Privacy policy. You agree that Video360Booth has the right to use your information as specified in this agreement. If you do not agree to have your information used in any of the ways described in this privacy policy, you must discontinue use of this website immediately. Video360Booth reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and your continued use of the website after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
